About the Role

We are an established group of dental clinics in Australia, supported by our patient communication and operations team based in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and target-driven Patient Sales & Support Executive to join our Mumbai team.

This is primarily a telecalling, lead-conversion and patient follow-up role.

You will speak with new patient enquiries coming into our Australian dental clinics, understand what they are looking for, build rapport, answer initial questions and help convert those enquiries into booked appointments.

You will also follow up with patients who have already attended consultations but have not yet proceeded with their recommended treatment.

You do not need previous dental experience. Full training will be provided on our dental services, systems, scripts, CRM and patient communication processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Recent Leads & Appointment Conversion

- Call new patient leads and enquiries for our Australian dental clinics
- Speak confidently and professionally with patients over the phone
- Understand the patient's needs and reason for enquiry
- Build rapport and trust quickly
- Explain appointment options and guide patients towards the next step
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments
- Follow up consistently with patients who have not yet booked
- Re-engage old or pending leads




- Handle common objections regarding appointments, treatment and costs
- Coordinate bookings with our Australian clinic teams
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM
- Work towards clearly defined calling, booking and conversion targets

Treatment Follow-Up & Patient Support

You will also contact patients who have already attended our clinics and may need further assistance before proceeding with treatment.

This may include

- - Following up on proposed treatment plans
- - Understanding what may be preventing the patient from proceeding
- - Answering general questions and coordinating with the Australian clinic team
- - Explaining available payment options where appropriate
- - Guiding suitable patients through approved third-party payment-plan processes
- - Following up on pending applications
- - Helping patients move smoothly from enquiry to appointment and, where appropriate, treatment

- - Willing to learn dental terminology and services
- - Comfortable working from our Lower Parel office

Experience

Candidates with experience in telesales, inside sales, lead conversion, customer service, appointment booking, healthcare, banking, insurance, finance, real estate, education or other high-volume calling roles are encouraged to apply.

Experience dealing with international, UK, US or Australian customers will be highly regarded.
