Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with a solid background in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, demonstrating a deep understanding of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring the effective integration of systems and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document architectural requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex systems and solutions within the telecom domain, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the organizations architecture and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements,



present architectural designs, and communicate strategies to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, specifically within the telecom domain.
- Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Expertise in system integration, data modeling, and application architecture.
- Experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with telecom-specific technologies and standards (e.g., 5G, VoIP, OSS/BSS).
- Knowledge of enterprise security principles and practices.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are highly desirable.
- 12+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture and telecom solutions.
- Proven track record of successful architecture implementations and project management.
