Position: Team Leader Department: Operations Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to manage and lead a team of outbound sales agents in our BPO division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a solid sales background, and the ability to drive the team toward achieving sales targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to maximize team performance and meet sales targets. Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team, ensuring all metrics are met or exceeded.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing team performance,



challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Quality Assurance: Oversee call quality and adherence to company policies, ensuring that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in BPO. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a BPO or sales environment.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Should have handled 12 team size. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.

Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with a solid drive to achieve and succeed. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment.
