- Academy is a premium beauty destination offering world-class hair, skin, nail, and aesthetic services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities Call recent and existing customers to book appointments. Follow up with leads received from Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns. Re-engage inactive customers and encourage repeat visits.

Explain salon services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers. Confirm, reschedule, and manage customer appointments. Update customer details, appointments, and call remarks in the CRM (Dingg). Respond to customer enquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.

Meet daily call targets and monthly appointment booking goals. Coordinate with the reception and salon team for smooth appointment management. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.





Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Basic computer knowledge. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM software is an advantage. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
