Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Kochi. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to support various processes, including customer queries, loan account collections, recovery follow-ups, and business sourcing activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, updating the CRM, and adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines while communicating clearly and professionally with customers.



The role involves meeting daily and monthly call targets, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and providing timely feedback on customer interactions. The Telecaller will also contribute to process improvement by sharing insights gathered from calls and customer feedback.

Qualifications

- Solid communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, along with active listening and customer service capabilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems, call handling software, and data entry practices.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes with professionalism.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, collections, or sales is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Kochi with flexibility for shift timings as per business requirements.
