About Gurana Digital Dynamo

Gurana Digital Dynamo is a complete marketing solutions company delivering both digital and offline marketing for brands across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and beyond. We are building a 7-person remote team to sell our education courses.

You will work with WARM INBOUND LEADS - people who have already shown interest - not cold calling from scratch. We provide complete training on the courses before you start selling. No prior EdTech experience is needed.

This is a 100% Work From Home role.

SALARY - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 per month. This is a TARGET-BASED role: your monthly pay is linked to achieving your monthly sales target. The full pay structure, targets and incentive details are explained clearly on the first phone call, before you go any further in the process. Please only apply if you are comfortable working to monthly sales targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Attend and respond to incoming leads promptly. Make outbound follow-up calls to interested prospects. Explain course content, structure, outcomes and pricing clearly. Understand each prospect's goals and recommend the right course. Handle objections and questions with patience. Follow up consistently until the sale closes - most sales happen on follow-up, not first contact. Maintain accurate records of every lead and call. Meet monthly sales targets.





MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Fluent English is mandatory - clear speech and confidence on calls. Strong communication and listening skills. Persuasive, patient and persistent, and comfortable with follow-up. Self-motivated and disciplined, as this is a work from home role with real targets. Your own smartphone or laptop and a stable internet connection. A quiet space to take calls. Willingness to learn our course offerings thoroughly.

GOOD TO HAVE

Hindi fluency is a significant plus. Telugu fluency. Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, EdTech or counselling. Experience with CRM tools.
