Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients interested in overseas education or immigration services Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about programs, universities, and visa processes Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication Counsel clients on suitable study abroad options based on their profile and preferences Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets Required Skills &

Qualifications: Proven experience as a tele caller,
