Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Belgaum. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package, and transportation bookings. Day-to-day tasks include providing information on travel options, confirming reservations, updating customer details, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.





The role also involves maintaining call records, following up with customers on pending inquiries, promoting relevant offers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Telecaller is expected to uphold high standards of customer service and represent Pace Travels positively in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English or local languages as relevant.
- Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and reservation issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with online booking platforms and CRM or call management tools.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and booking tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or the travel and tourism industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, with a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in travel, hospitality, or communication is an advantage.
