Telecaller / Sales Executive – B2B Laptop Sales Company: Total Solution Centre Job Type: Full-time Industry: Refurbished / Second-Hand Laptops Location: Rajkot, Gujarat About the Company Total Solution Centre is a wholesale distributor of refurbished and second-hand laptops. We supply laptops to computer dealers, retailers and resellers. We are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Executive who can communicate with computer dealers, build relationships and help expand our dealer network.

Job Responsibilities - Call computer dealers, laptop shops and computer-related businesses from the provided lead list.

- Introduce our company and explain our business offering.
- Identify genuine computer dealers and retailers.
- Follow up with dealers regularly and maintain good relationships.
- Invite interested dealers to our WhatsApp dealer community/group.
- Follow up with dealers who do not answer or are not ready initially.
- Share relevant laptop stock and offers with dealers through WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate calling and follow-up records in our CRM/Google Sheets.
- Update lead status after every call.
- Work on assigned leads regularly and complete daily calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for dealers who show buying interest.
- Focus on developing long-term dealer relationships, not just one-time sales.





Who We Are Looking For - Positive Gujarati and Hindi communication skills.

- Basic English understanding is preferred.
- Confident and polite while speaking on the phone.
- Comfortable talking to business owners and computer dealers.
- Basic knowledge of computers/laptops is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling, B2B sales, computer/laptop sales or dealer handling will be an advantage.
