We are looking for confident and empathetic Telecallers to join our healthcare operations team. We run a Hospital Patient Feedback Portal . As a Telecaller, you will interact with patients and their attendants over the phone to understand and record their feedback throughout their hospital journey.

Key Responsibilities: NO SALES TARGETS. Call patients/attenders and collect feedback about their hospital experience. Ask structured questions and accurately record responses in the portal. Understand patient concerns, satisfaction levels, and service experience. Escalate significant concerns to the concerned hospital/team. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality during every interaction. Complete daily calling and feedback targets.

Requirements: Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English. Pleasant, patient, and empathetic communication style. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with web-based portals. Good listening and documentation skills. Healthcare/hospital calling experience is an added advantage.
