About the Role

We are looking for a confident Telecaller to handle enquiries, follow up with prospects and convert them into confirmed centre visits. The candidate will coordinate with the Business Manager for further counselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with new enquiries.
- Understand prospect requirements and provide basic information.
- Schedule and confirm centre visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Business Manager for walk-ins.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned centre visit and walk-in targets.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and polite phone communication.
- Consistent follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Telecalling, sales, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
