Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential and existing patients with inquiries about fertility services, appointment scheduling, and basic treatment information, following provided scripts and guidelines. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system, coordinating with clinic staff for appointments, and escalating complex medical queries to relevant healthcare professionals.

The Telecaller will provide courteous and empathetic support, ensure timely responses, and contribute to patient experience and conversion goals. The role also includes working with the team to meet call targets, participate in briefings and training sessions, and adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess customer service and patient support skills, such as empathy, conflict resolution, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations respectfully.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and CRM skills, including data entry, call logging, and familiarity with office productivity tools.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage call volumes, prioritize follow-ups, and meet daily targets.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and teamwork skills, including willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and effective collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare front-office roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of fertility or healthcare services is an advantage, with the ability to understand and explain basic service offerings after training.
