Explain personal loan and other financial products to customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Follow up with interested customers regularly. Coordinate with the sales and backend team for login and disbursement. Maintain daily calling and lead records. Achieve monthly calling, login and disbursement targets.

Provide excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships. RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi, Marathi or English.
