Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond promptly to inbound customer enquiries from digital campaigns, social media, referrals, events and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, investment objectives, budget, timeline and expectations.
- Qualify leads based on customer fit, buying intent and readiness.
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative and meaningful conversations.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, ownership model and offerings clearly and accurately.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments and logistics with customers and the Sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customers complete their scheduled site visits.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Field Sales teams for smooth lead management and conversion.
- Share customer insights and feedback to help improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication, listening and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building and lead-conversion abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Customer-focused, organised and qualified approach.
- Experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Relationship / Real Estate / Hospitality / Relationship Sales preferred.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
