About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller.

The ideal candidate should definitely have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling & sales. (Ed-tech preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- MBA/ PGDBM (Marketing/Sales/Business Management preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career
- outcomes.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins by effectively communicating value propositions.




- Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and guide them toward the right solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns
