Role

Responsible for engaging with existing and prospective donors over the phone, creating awareness about Bal Raksha Bharat’s work, and converting conversations into donations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing/prospective donors.
- Communicate the organisation’s mission and programmes effectively.
- Generate one-time and regular donations through donor conversations.
- Follow up with interested donors and maintain donor relationships.
- Update donor interactions and outcomes in CRM.
- Achieve monthly fundraising and conversion targets.
- Handle donor queries professionally and follow ethical fundraising practices.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion, listening and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable follow-up abilities.
- Experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, fundraising, BPO or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
