Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Caller role based in Srinagar. The Tele-Caller will contact potential and existing clients to explain loan and mortgage products, understand their requirements, and generate leads for the advisory team.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, sharing details of suitable financial products, and scheduling appointments with counselors. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records,



updating client information in internal systems, and following up with prospects to support conversion. Tele-Callers are expected to adhere to scripts and compliance guidelines while delivering polite, professional, and clear communication.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and local language proficiency.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of loans, mortgage products, or willingness to learn financial concepts quickly.
- Comfort with high-volume calling, lead generation, and working with targets or performance metrics.
- Familiarity with telecalling tools, CRM or customer databases, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to work in office in Srinagar, collaborate with team members, and follow structured processes.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
