Amity Global School, Gurgaon is looking for an enthusiastic and communication-savvy Tele caller to join our team.

? Location: Sector 46, Gurgaon

? Position: Tele caller

? Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 20,000 per month to 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and leads
- Handle enquiries and provide relevant information about the school
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication
- Schedule school visits and counselling sessions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups
- Support the Admissions/Marketing team in achieving enrolment targets

Candidate Profile

✔ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills





✔ Confident and professional telephone etiquette

✔ Good follow-up and relationship-building skills

✔ Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling or customer service will be an advantage

✔ Candidates with school/education sector experience will be preferred
