We are looking for experienced and confident Telecallers to join our growing Immigration & Visa Consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to handle prospective clients professionally.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration, visa, PR, work permit, and overseas study services.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide them with relevant information about available immigration options.
- Generate leads through calling and convert enquiries into appointments and consultations.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses.
- Build a robust relationship with prospective clients and guide them through the initial enquiry process.
- Coordinate with immigration counsellors and consultants for further client processing.
- Handle client questions professionally and provide accurate information as per company guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Follow up with old and new leads to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous telecalling experience is required.
- Experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy,



Study Abroad, Overseas Education, or Travel Industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients over the phone.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi is preferred.
- Must be target-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates with a strong sales background are highly preferred. What We Offer
