We re seeking a dynamic Technical Support Department Head to lead our team in managing products such as Attendance, Access Control, Web-based Software, HRMS, and CCTV. The successful candidate will take charge of daily reporting, coordinate with engineers during major issues, conduct training sessions, and ensure smooth operations within the department. Initial training on the specific products and software will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for the installation and maintenance of attendance machines and CCTV systems.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project completion.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and set goals.
- Client Coordination:
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare reports to identify installation requirements.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to clients for resolving issues related to attendance machines and CCTV systems.
- Ensure that all escalated issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor system performance and schedule preventive maintenance visits.
- Inventory and Equipment Management:




- Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies required for installations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling attendance machines, biometric systems, and CCTV installations, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of biometric systems and CCTV systems.
- Strong understanding of networking, cabling, and system integration.
- Knowledge of software used for attendance management and CCTV monitoring.
- Leadership Skills:
- Excellent team management and mentoring abilities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and team members.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Other:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Structure: 3 Lakhs – 5 Lakhs

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
