Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, Biometric Attendance, Access Control, Video Door Phone, and Intercom Systems. Configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and network devices. Install and support Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and other software applications.

Provide in office and remote technical support to customers. Diagnose and resolve hardware,



software, and networking issues. Prepare service reports and maintain installation records. Travel to customer locations for installation and support when required.
