Role Description The Technical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad Taluka. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to vehicles, providing hands-on technical support to service teams, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

The Technical

Specialist will collaborate with service advisors and technicians to troubleshoot complex problems, support preventive maintenance activities, and recommend appropriate repairs and parts. The role includes interacting with customers to explain technical findings in clear terms, documenting work performed,



and staying updated on manufacturer guidelines, new technologies, and service best practices.

The Technical

Specialist will also contribute to training sessions, process improvements, and safety compliance within the workshop workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical data, and support root-cause analysis.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for vehicle systems, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Customer Service skills to ensure professional, respectful interactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in an automobile dealership or service center environment, preferably handling multi-segment vehicles.
- Ability to work on-site, follow safety protocols, and manage tasks in a fast-paced workshop setting.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service manuals, and manufacturer standards; certification from OEMs is an advantage.
