About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid digital acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The primary objective is to generate qualified property buyers, site visits and sales — not simply leads.

You will manage the complete performance funnel:

Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.




- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Generate qualified leads for premium real estate, primarily in the ₹4 Cr–₹10 Cr+ segment.
- Optimize campaigns for qualified leads, site visits and conversions rather than CPL alone.
- Test keywords, audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages.
- Develop and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor conversion tracking and campaign attribution.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
- Analyse the complete funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and actionable recommendations.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with Google and Meta advertising platforms, algorithms and policies.
