Key Responsibilities :

Student Data Management
- Enter and update student information, admission details, course enrolment, and other records in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, fees, assessments, and academic information.
- Regularly update student databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Verify data and identify discrepancies, missing information, or duplicate entries.
- Maintain both digital and physical records of students and centre-related documents.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to admissions, attendance, fees, student strength, and other centre activities.
- Maintain Excel trackers and MIS reports as required.
- Support the Centre Head/Manager in preparing data for reviews and meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the concerned team.

Centre Coordination
- Coordinate with counsellors, faculty, accounts, and centre operations teams for data collection and verification.
- Support the admission team in updating new student registrations and documentation.




- Assist in maintaining records related to student enquiries, admissions, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Provide data and documentation support during audits and internal reviews.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of student records.
- Handle student information with confidentiality and ensure data security.
- Complete assigned administrative and data-related tasks within defined timelines.
- Perform any other data management or administrative activities assigned by the Centre Head.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data entry and MIS reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
