At HNH Stays, we're expanding our team and looking for a passionate Reservation Executive to join us in Goa.

Position:
Reservation Executive

Manage reservations across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and other OTAs
Handle guest inquiries and booking confirmations
Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams
Monitor rates, inventory, and occupancy
Deliver exceptional guest communication and support
Resolve booking-related issues efficiently

We're Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in Hospitality/OTA Reservations (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Knowledge of OTA platforms and channel managers
Positive organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-first approach
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Goa, Goa
