BCN Academy is a dedicated Center of Excellence of Learning and Development at BCN to design and deliver best in class skill development initiatives across BCN, fostering close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

We are looking for a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D;) professional with deep expertise in designing impactful learning interventions, facilitating high-impact training programs, and partnering strategically with business leaders. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in instructional design and a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across levels in a consulting or high-performance environment.
