Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) Lead Generation to join our growing digital marketing team. This is an entry-level role perfect for recent marketing graduates who want to kickstart a career in B2B sales and digital agency operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying target clients, initiating outreach, and qualifying business opportunities for our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Web Design, and Content Strategy). You will work closely with senior managers to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Prospecting: Research and identify prospective B2B clients across target industries (e.g., e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, local service businesses).
- Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct multi-channel cold outreach via LinkedIn,



professional email campaigns, and cold calls to reach key decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Directors).
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospect interest, digital presence gaps, budget, and purchasing authority to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Basic Audits & Pitching: Conduct basic digital audits (analyzing website performance or social presence) to create compelling, value-first conversation starters.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demos for senior Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain, log, and update lead status and activity records in the company CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho/Excel).
- Follow-Ups: Execute consistent email and phone follow-up cadences to re-engage warm prospects.
