We are looking for a motivated Trainee in Sales & Marketing Automation to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in AI, up-to-date sales tools, and automation, combined with a positive attitude toward work and learning. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is eager to invest time and effort to gain traction and continuously increase their skillset within this field.

The role is primarily focused on learning and supporting hands-on work with CRM systems, outreach tools, AI tools, and automated sales and marketing workflows. We are not looking for prior professional experience we are looking for the right mindset: curiosity, positivity, consistency, and the drive to grow.

This position requires a balance between willingness to learn, positive energy, structured working habits, and long-term commitment. The trainee will receive daily mentoring directly from the Founder of the company, but is expected to take initiative and gradually take ownership of tasks.

Role & responsibilities

The trainee will be responsible for:




- Learning and working with sales automation tools such as CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn automation
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of automated outreach campaigns (email sequences, follow-ups, and workflows)
- Supporting marketing automation activities such as newsletters, nurture flows, and campaign tracking
- Using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code to support prospect research, lead list building, and message personalization
- Building simple internal tools, prototypes, and automations with AI-powered platforms
- Exploring and working with many different APIs in the market to connect tools and automate sales workflows
- Maintaining clean and accurate data in the CRM (leads, contacts, and pipeline status)
