Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Coordinator to support the day-to-day business operations of our yarn and fibre trading business. The role will involve coordinating with customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of enquiries, orders, deliveries, documentation, and payments.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, robust follow-up abilities, basic knowledge of yarn/fibre products, and a good understanding of the CoimbatoreTirupur textile market.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Coordination
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate quotations, samples, and product specifications.
- Follow up with existing customers for requirements, orders, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales team for new customer enquiries and business opportunities.




- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and deliveries.
- Record customer requirements, feedback, and complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Purchase & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with yarn/fibre suppliers, spinning mills, manufacturers, and traders.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, production, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain updated supplier and product information.
- Support the team in identifying new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.

Order & Dispatch Management
- Coordinate the complete order cycle from enquiry to delivery.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and related records.
- Track material availability and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery.
