Role Purpose

To ensure delivery of highquality soft services through workforce management, hygiene excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping and soft services operations.
- Plan duty rosters and staff allocation.
- Monitor hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage consumables inventory.
- Conduct training and team engagement activities.
- Resolve customer complaints within SLA timelines.
- Ensure availability and upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
- Support budget tracking and MIS reporting.
- Maintain safety, security, and site discipline.
