Associate General Manager – Marketing & Business Development

Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad (Requires extensive Pan-India travel)

Executive Summary We are seeking a seasoned MBD professional to join our Hyderabad Corporate Office to drive nationwide P&L;, expand our market footprint, and lead complex, high-value enterprise deals. This role demands a strategic rainmaker with sharp commercial acumen and the ability to travel extensively Pan-India to close marquee accounts and scale geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities
- National P&L; & Strategy: Own nationwide revenue, gross margins, and EBITDA. Formulate and execute multi-year market penetration and capital allocation strategies from HQ.
- Enterprise Deal Structuring: Travel Pan-India to build C-suite/Board-level relationships and architect, negotiate, and close high-ticket, multi-year master service agreements (MSAs).
- Distributed Team Leadership: Mentor, build, and establish KPIs for high-performing business development and technical sales teams located across multiple sites nationwide.




- National Marketing & Brand: Champion targeted B2B marketing initiatives, trade engagements, and thought-leadership campaigns to elevate and protect premium brand equity.
- Commercial Governance: Oversee commercial terms, credit risk, accounts receivable (AR) management, and cash-flow predictability for all national accounts.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Corporate Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Legal teams in Hyderabad to ensure seamless post-sale execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 15+ years in B2B Enterprise/Industrial Sales or Strategic Business Development, with 5-7+ years in senior leadership driving multi-crore national operations.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in winning marquee national accounts, opening recent territories, and managing multi-site business units.
