Role & responsibilities :
- Develop concept layouts and design proposals for workshops, showrooms, and related commercial spaces.
- Translate project requirements into practical, functional, and aesthetically strong architectural layouts.
- Review and coordinate GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings prepared by junior architects.
- Check architectural and coordination drawings, including:
- RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plans)
- Plumbing layouts and coordination
- Electrical/raceway looping and routing
- Other relevant architectural and MEP interfaces
- Identify design clashes, technical issues, and coordination gaps before construction.




- Design & Coordinate closely with MEP consultants/engineers to ensure architectural and MEP requirements are properly integrated.
- Guide and review the work of junior architects, providing technical direction and design feedback.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate, coordinated, and issued as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors whenever required.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and site coordination.
- Maintain project quality, timelines, and design standards from concept through execution.
