SunGhar Solutions is looking for a Digital & Field Marketing Executive who can combine on-ground marketing with digital content creation.

The person will travel with our solar installation teams, capture the complete installation journey through photos and videos, create customer-focused content, conduct local promotional activities around installation locations, and manage SunGhar's Facebook and YouTube channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys travel, photography/videography, social media and sales/marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation-Site Content Creation
- Travel with installation teams to customer locations.
- Shoot high-quality photos, reels, short videos and customer testimonials.
- Capture before/during/after installation content.
- Create videos showcasing SunGhar's installation quality, engineers, safety practices and customer experience.
- Maintain an organised library of photos and videos.

2. Local Field Marketing
- Conduct local marketing campaigns around installation locations.
- Distribute marketing materials and generate local enquiries.




- Engage with nearby households and explain rooftop solar, PM Surya Ghar and available financing/subsidy options.
- Identify potential customers around every installation site.
- Collect and report leads to the sales team.

3. Facebook & YouTube Management
- Manage SunGhar Solutions' Facebook and YouTube pages.
- Plan and publish regular posts, reels and videos.
- Create installation stories, customer testimonials, educational content and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to basic comments/messages and coordinate sales follow-up for enquiries.
- Monitor engagement, reach, views and lead generation.

4. Digital Marketing
- Support Facebook/Instagram paid campaigns.
- Support Google Ads and YouTube campaigns.
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, if applicable.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Help convert installation activities into digital market
