Sales Executive – Webinar & Community Sales

We are looking for a highly responsible, proactive and results-driven Sales Executive who can manage the complete sales journey of our webinar leads — from nurturing them before the webinar to engaging them during the session and following up after the webinar to drive conversions.

This is not just a calling role. You will play an key part in creating an excellent experience for our prospects and helping them make the right decision to become part of our community.

11am - 8pm

One Weekly Off, however, Sunday is a working day.

Virtual Office - You will be expected to stay connected to Official Zoom Meeting (with camera on)



during the job hours; can take breaks for lunch/coffee etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. WhatsApp Lead Nurturing
- Be actively present in assigned webinar WhatsApp groups.
- Send nurturing and engagement messages as per the campaign plan.
- Send timely webinar reminders such as:
- 1 hour to go
- 15 minutes to go
- Session is LIVE
- Encourage maximum participation and attendance for every webinar.
- Respond to basic queries from prospects and guide them appropriately.

2. Webinar Moderation & Live Sales Support
- Join every assigned webinar on Zoom as a moderator.
- Actively manage and moderate the webinar chat.
- Ensure the chat remains positive, relevant and disruption-free.
- Answer attendee questions and provide required information during the webinar.
- Engage with attendees throughout the session to increase participation and buying intent.
- Share program details, payment links and other relevant links at the app
