In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to build a dynamic team that drives our success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including active sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
- Write engaging job descriptions and manage job postings across various platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs and prioritize open roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Provide input on hiring strategies and improvements to the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.





Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring for diverse roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time and flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Experience in HR functions beyond recruitment (e.g., onboarding, employee relations) is a bonus.
