The organization runs practical welfare initiatives such as food distribution for economically weaker sections, blood donation drives, and employment support and guidance for youth. YSS also leads awareness campaigns against social injustice and corruption, coordinates peaceful public engagements, and promotes disciplined, informed community participation. Through sustained outreach and youth engagement, YSS aims to build a more just, inclusive, and responsible society.
Role Description:
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring CSR programs aligned with YSS’s mission, including community welfare initiatives,



advocacy efforts, and youth engagement activities. The CSR Manager will plan and manage projects, coordinate with internal teams, partner organizations, and local authorities, and ensure that programs are executed on time and within scope. Daily activities include conducting needs assessments, analyzing social impact data, preparing reports, overseeing campaigns and events, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and certifications. The role also involves fostering employee and volunteer participation in CSR initiatives, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, and continuously improving program effectiveness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge and experience in designing and managing CSR initiatives.
