We are seeking an experienced Finance and/or Financial Crime Technology Consultant to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of technology solutions within the banking sector. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of banking operations together with experience delivering technology solutions across Finance, Risk, Compliance, AML, Fraud, KYC, or Regulatory Reporting domains.The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements while supporting ongoing digital transformation and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Business Technology

Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.

Translate business requirements into solution designs and technical specifications.

Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Support technology implementation, system upgrades and platform migrations.

Conduct impact assessments for regulatory,



operational and technology changes.

Participate in solution workshops, design reviews and architecture discussions.

Support testing, UAT planning, defect triage and production deployment.

Assist with production support, issue investigation and root cause analysis.
