STORE MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and motivating the sales team
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Overseeing stock, inventory and basic reporting
- Maintaining premium visual merchandising standards
- Building robust customer relationships
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the store

REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (Basic knowledge of Hindi & English preferred)
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong customer-handling and team-management skills
- Target-oriented and responsible approach
- Basic computer knowledge for billing, inventory and store operations
- Experience in watch, jewellery, fashion or premium retail will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
