with
8-14 years of experience
to lead the organization's data and analytics function. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in
Data Analytics
, data-driven decision-making, business intelligence, and analytics strategy. This role will be responsible for building a robust data culture, developing scalable analytics capabilities, and translating complex data into actionable business insights.

The Data Head will work closely with senior leadership, product, technology, finance, marketing, operations, and other business teams to identify opportunities where data can drive growth, efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's overall data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts,



analytics managers, data scientists, and other data professionals
- Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, reports, and data products that enable informed business decisions
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand key challenges, define analytical requirements, and deliver actionable insights
- Establish and track key business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators across functions
- Drive advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, risks, and areas for operational improvement
- Ensure data is accurate, reliable, consistent, and accessible for decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to improve data pipelines, data platforms, and analytics infrastructure
- Establish best practices around data governance, quality, documentation, security, and usage
- Build executive-level reporting and communicate complex analytical findings clearly t
