- Proficient in Domestic International Sourcing, Working knowledge of Lean Management e.g. JIT. ERP experience, Data Management

Job Profile requirements:
- Planning and managing a company s overall sourcing Strategy in the Metals, Mining, and Ferroalloys Industries.
Researching to understand a company s operational needs and requirements- Building relationships with vendors and key suppliers, reviewing contracts, developing an annual budget based on sourcing needs
Executing analyses and making suggestions for improvement in sourcing strategy- Negotiating pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions and reducing costs, ensuring that purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications.




- Building and leveraging internal business partner relationships to create value-focused strategies that align with goals
- Proactively, seeking business optimization and cost savings or recent capability and developing data-driven business cases to support their initiatives
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials to ensure sufficient stock for production while avoiding overstocking.
Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders (production teams, engineers) and external suppliers
