Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic vision for evolving HRBP and Field HR support capabilities, enabling the team to deliver high-value advisory and business partner services.
- Lead the strategy, transition, standardization, and ongoing delivery of Field HR / HRBP services within the GHRSS model, including identification of opportunities to broaden support capabilities.
- Partner with Field HR / HRBP leaders and staff to define service strategies, evaluate transition and expansion opportunities, and establish scalable operating models that support business and talent priorities.
- Develop and maintain the Field HR / HRBP Support Service Roadmap, partnering with senior HR leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement delivery of Field HR / HRBP services within the GHRSS model.
- Oversee delivery of HRBP and Field HR services to ensure quality, service-level achievement, operational effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HRBP and Field HR Support organization through hiring, coaching, succession planning,



capability building, and performance management; Establish team goals, service standards, and performance expectations aligned to business priorities.
- Lead change management activities supporting the transition, adoption, and evolution of Field HR / HRBP services being delivered via GHRSS.
- Partner with GHRSS leadership on organizational design, staffing strategies, and capacity planning to support future Field HR / HRBP service expansion.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence.
