- Maintain and update the IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) and ensure proper tagging and documentation.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Monitor and manage CCTV systems, including installation support, recording backup, and fault resolution.
- Support daily network infrastructure tasks, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall maintenance.
- Handle user account management (email, End Point Security , etc.) and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, hardware movements, and network diagrams.
- Performs backup and recovery on Database Management Systems.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, asset management, or infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
- Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and remote support tools.
No of Position :1 Qualification :Diploma / bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
