Job summary: The Sr. Manager Finance will be responsible for strengthening the Companys finance operations by driving financial controls, statutory and tax compliance, finance process improvements, and supporting business planning. The role requires a hands-on professional who can independently execute critical finance activities, establish scalable processes, and support the Financial Controller in building a robust finance function.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax.

Experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and finance controls.

Exposure to ICFR implementation or SOP documentation will be an advantage.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Ability to independently manage execution while maintaining high attention to detail.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations,



Controls & Governance

Manage statutory audits, ensuring timely closure of audit requirements and observations.

Manage internal audits and track implementation of audit recommendations.

Manage implementation and continuous enhancement of the Internal Financial Controls (ICFR) framework.

Perform periodic General Ledger (GL) reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting policies.

Review accounting entries and work performed by finance team members to ensure adherence to SOPs and internal controls.

Take ownership of new finance processes, including hands-on execution until they are stabilized and transitioned into business-as-usualoperations.

Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
