Job Designation Service Executive

**Location:** Noida / Mumbai

**Qualification:** Any Graduate

Experience Required

* Experience in servicing **VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume), RA (Room Air Conditioning), and SA (Split Air Conditioning)** systems.

* Hands-on experience in **Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)** operations.

* Positive communication and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for VRV, RA, and SA systems.

* Handle **AMC customer conversations**, addressing service queries, complaints, and maintenance schedules professionally.

* Prepare and process **AMC billing** accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely invoicing.

* Follow up with customers for **AMC renewals** and ensure maximum renewal conversion.

* Educate customers on the **benefits and importance of AMC**, creating awareness about preventive maintenance and value-added services.

* Coordinate with service engineers and customers to schedule maintenance visits.

* Maintain service records, AMC documentation,



and customer databases.

* Ensure timely closure of service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.

* Generate service reports and update CRM/ERP systems as required.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term service contracts.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of HVAC systems, especially VRV, RA, and SA.

* Understanding of AMC processes, billing, and renewal management.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

* Good organizational and documentation abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
