Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement TQM strategies to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze data from various sources to measure performance metrics such as defect rates, cycle times, and customer feedback.
- Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain QC Storyboard development and maintenance for effective quality management.

Job Requirements :
- Solid understanding of Deming's philosophy on TQM principles and practices.
- Experience with PDCA methodology implementation.
- Knowledge of QC Storyboard development and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to measure performance metrics.
- Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in the automobile industry is preferred.
