Seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master with Agile delivery experience and a good understanding of Supply Chain processes to drive the successful delivery of AI-enabled digital solutions. The role will bridge business and IT teams, manage Agile ceremonies, refine backlogs, and ensure seamless execution from requirements through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery.
- Collaborate with business, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver Supply Chain solutions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and ensure timely project execution.
- Support UAT, release planning, and drive continuous process improvement.





Required Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI or cloud-based solutions is an added advantage.
