Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Job Summary

This is not a routine page-management role. We re looking for someone who combines strong social-media judgment with a performance mindset - someone who understands how content, audience insight, creator collaboration, distribution, and paid-social learnings can work together to drive meaningful business impact.

You ll own social media thinking and execution end to end: shaping content directions, improving platform presence, coordinating with internal teams and external creators where relevant, and using data to continuously improve outcomes. This role is well suited to someone who has worked in fast-moving consumer internet, B2C, or mobile app environments and understands both brand-building and growth-oriented social execution.
What you ll do
- Own and execute A1Apps social media strategy across relevant platforms.
- Develop content directions, campaign ideas, and platform-specific approaches aligned with product and growth priorities.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social calendars, campaign rollouts,



and ongoing channel communication.
- Partner closely with design, content, product, and performance marketing teams to create robust social assets and improve content distribution.
- Identify ways social media can contribute not only to visibility and engagement, but also to acquisition, creator-led reach, and top-of-funnel demand.
- Analyze channel and content performance across metrics such as reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic quality, conversion signals, and content effectiveness.
- Turn performance insights into stronger decisions on content themes, posting formats, messaging hooks, and platform prioritization.
- Support influencer and creator-led initiatives, including identifying collaboration opportunities and helping execute campaigns.
- Stay current on platform trends, audience behavior, content formats, and competitor activity to keep A1Apps presence relevant and effective.
