Job Overview

Key Responsibilities: -
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Delivering excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handling guest queries, requests and concerns professionally
- Supporting smooth day-to-day hotel operations
- Coordinating effectively with other departments
- Maintaining skilled standards of service and presentation
- Following hotel policies, procedures and service standards
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming guest experience
Candidate Requirements:-
- Prior experience in the hospitality/hotel industry will be preferred
- Freshers may be considered for suitable GSA-level positions
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills
- Professional attitude with a strong focus on service excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Candidates comfortable communicating in the local/native language will be preferred
