Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Performance Marketing & E-commerce Lead to manage and scale growth across both D2C and Marketplace ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads while also being capable of leading client conversations, managing a small team, and driving business outcomes. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with execution excellence and deliver measurable growth across customer acquisition, revenue, profitability, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities D2C Performance Marketing
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, Display & Remarketing.
- Drive acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability for D2C brands.
- Monitor and optimize: ROAS, CAC, CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Revenue Growth.
- Develop audience, creative, bidding, and funnel optimization strategies.




- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scale.

Marketplace Advertising & Growth
- Own performance and growth across: Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads.
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display
- Keyword Strategy
- Search Ranking Optimization
- Marketplace Visibility
- Revenue Growth
- ROAS Optimization
- Work closely with marketplace teams to improve:
- Product discoverability
- Conversion rates
- Sales velocity
- Marketplace profitability

Client Management
- Lead client discussions and performance reviews.
- Present campaign performance and growth opportunities.
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into media and marketplace strategies.
- Handle escalations and drive resolution proactively.

Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
