RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for production packing activities of Blister lines.
- Ensure online verification of environmental monitoring records in batch documents and logbooks.
- Ensure daily and monthly calibration of balances as per cGMP requirement.
- Coordinate with dispensing, warehouse, IPQA for execution of batches as per schedule.
- Ensure online completion of documentation such as equipment usage and cleaning log.
- Carry out packing activity as per batch packing record instruction.
- Ensure cross checking of dispensed packing materials, semi -finished goods before start of batch processing.
- Ensure online documentation (ex. Verifying weights on balance, recording of machine parameters, performing in process test) while batch processing.
- Ensure completion of training for operators and contract manpower before start of work.
- Monitor implementation of safety practices and work discipline at shop floor during work.
- Supervise packing operations as per shift head job allocation.




- Adhere to all SOPs of each area and equipment while batch processing.
- Ensure batch packing record completion and reconciliation online.
- Always maintain the shop floor in an audit-ready condition.
- Verify and send the process generated non recoverable to scrap with proper labelling.
- Perform online SAP transaction as per requirements.
- Monitor and supervise and train the contract manpower for desired quality output.
- Initiate and track maintenance requests for breakdown equipment until closure after rectification.
